DMCA Copyright Policy

IRONFOX AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

This policy outlines our procedures for responding to copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We will promptly investigate and address any valid DMCA notices we receive.

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our service

• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

• Your physical or electronic signature

Please include all required information listed in Section 2.

Incomplete notices may not be processed and could delay the resolution of your claim.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content

• Notify the user who posted the content about the removal

• Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice

• Document the complaint for our records

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

• Identification of the removed content and its former location

• Your contact information

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

• Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court

• Your physical or electronic signature

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion for copyright violations.

Terminated users may not create new accounts without our express permission.

Filing false DMCA notices is a serious matter and may result in legal consequences.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing.

We may pursue legal action against those who abuse the DMCA process.
