Credit purchases are generally final, but refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits

• Service outages lasting more than 24 hours that affect your ability to generate content

• Billing errors or duplicate charges

• Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions (prorated refunds)

• Violation of our Terms of Service by IRONFOX AI

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within specific timeframes:

• One-time credit purchases: Within 30 days of purchase

• Subscription cancellations: Before the next billing cycle

• Technical issues: Within 7 days of the issue occurring

7. Subscription Refunds
